Family (38) seeking apartment in Malmö

I am and my wife are 38 years old, son 9 year old. We looking not big apartment in Malmö since from 2024.11.01 on period 3 month or maybe longer . I am interested in a residence in the central part of the city, so that it is a safe area, as the child will have to attend school at the place of residence. Decency, careful attitude to propertyand timely payment are guaranteed. Unfortunatily we haven't a credit history, because not have Bank Id for verify identity in Sweden bank. So month ago we sended documents to Skatteverket for getting samordingsnummer (is same on perssonummer) and waiting for it.
