Familj (41) söker lägenhet i Lund

Dear rental agency, We are a family of three, myself, my husband, and our 11 year old child. Currently living in Sofieberg housing provided by Lund University since 2023. As our housing contract is coming to an end, we are actively looking for a new long term accommodation in Lund. I am a postdoctoral fellow at Lund University, and my husband will also soon begin his postdoctoral position at the same university. We are reliable tenants, always pay our rent on time, and take great care to maintain our home in clean and good condition. We are seeking a quiet, family-friendly apartment with 2–3 rooms and access to public transport and schools. Ideally, we hope to move in before the end of September 2025.
