Man (32) söker lägenhet i Stockholm

I am a German, US university graduated, 33 years old, single, living with my (VERY RELAXED) cat in Stockholm since summer 2018. I am a self employed professional Digital Content Creator since 2016. My German passport copy and my Swedish Personnummer will be provided upon request. After moving from Florida, USA to Stockholm in summer of 2018, I lived in Hammarby Allé from June 2018 until November 2019. Then I found a gem of an apartment in Bromma! Unfortunately, shortly after moving in my landlord sold the apartment in autumn of 2020! Luckily, I found my current apartment at Hornsgatan, Södermalm in October 2020. My current landlord family moved to France because of a work requirement. NOW they are set to move back to Sweden soon – therefore, once again I will have to find a new home for myself & my cat! I AM SERIOUSLY ONLY LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM RENTAL! A REFERNCE LETTER OF MY CURRENT LANDLORD (AND THOSE OF PREVIOUS ONES) CAN BE FORWARDED IMMEDIATELY FOR YOUR INFORMTION!
